Constance J. Johnson, M.D.
Dr. Johnson, neurologist, author, lecturer, has 17 years experience in headache care. She earned her M.D. at the University of Maryland School of Medicine and trained in Neurology at The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. She served as an Associate Professor of Neurology at Johns Hopkins, where she conducted clinical research and developed a clinic for headache patients. Dr. Johnson is a Clinical Associate Professor on the Volunteer Faculty of Vanderbilt University, Nashville, Tennessee. Dr. Johnson founded the Headache Care Center in Clarksville, Tennessee in March of 2000. She is committed to the advancement of knowledge in the field of headache and improvement of the life of headache patients. Dr. Johnson recently completed the "Headache and Facial Pain" chapter in the Princples of Ambulatory Medicine textbook. Because of her commitment to providing the best in headache care to her patients, Dr. Johnson recently completed and passed the new certification examination in Headache Medicine. She is now one of only 105 doctors in the world with a subspecialty certification in Headache Medicine.
Deborah M. Williams, NP-C Deborah has a bachelor's degree in exercise science and a master's degree in health education. She received her master of science degree in nursing from Vanderbilt University. She is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Deborah is a sub-investigator in the clinical trials offered at Neurological Medicine. She is currently managing our BOTOX® as headache prevention trial.
