Female Infertility Treatment

In today's world, many couples put off planning to become pregnant at a later date. Earlier implementation of reproductive function occurred in 20-25 years, but now the line is shifted towards 30 years of age or older. This is associated with some social reasons, and with a desire to build a career and the first "get on their feet", and then later to have children. Clomid is used for treating female infertility. Often it turns out that when the woman finally decided to become a mother, it turns out that over time her body had time something happened, and naturally will not get pregnant. What to do in this case, and what may be called female infertility, will be detailed in this material.

The causes of infertility in women

Polycystic ovary syndrome - the most common endocrine abnormality that is the cause for treatment in clinics involved in the treatment of infertility, and, respectively, and one of the most frequent reasons why it is impossible to conceive. Polycystic defines a complete lack of ovulation or ovulation apparent slowing, because of what and pregnancy occurs.

Treatment of infertility in women with polycystic associated with attempts to stimulate ovulation special preparations. In the case of the lack of success of drug therapy, the patient is assigned to IVF. It should be noted that women with polycystic ovaries have a high risk of developing ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome.

Tubal infertility

Tubal infertility is the most common cause of non-occurrence of pregnancy. This pathology is determined by the total or partial obstruction of at least one fallopian tube. Fallopian tube may be a consequence of ectopic pregnancy surgery or unsuccessful result of inflammation or endometriosis.

This diagnosis is a result of special surveys (hysterosalpingography) or by laparoscopic surgery. There are surgical methods for correction of obstruction of the fallopian tubes, but they are not always efficacious and frequently bear the risk of ectopic pregnancy. More effective treatment of infertility in women with tubal factor - is IVF.

Endometriosis

Endometrium - is the mucous membrane that lines the uterus. Endometriosis is an inflammatory autoimmune disease in which the outside of the uterus tissue overgrowth occurs, similar to the endometrium. The reason for this remains unknown, but there are certain risk factors for this disease. By the development of endometriosis can cause: genetics, damage to the uterus, hormonal disruptions, low immunity, poor environmental conditions and so on. Approximately 5-10% of women of reproductive age suffer from this disorder. Endometriosis causes infertility and female

The diagnosis of "endometriosis" is usually placed during laparoscopic surgery, and in the case of raising such a diagnosis requires complex treatment, which is a combination of surgical techniques with taking hormones. If the treatment did not lead to tangible results, and pregnancy naturally not occurred, the patient is directed to IVF. By itself, endometrial disease may have different degrees of development. The more running process is, the less the chance of pregnancy. If a woman with a first and a second stage in the development of endometriosis respond well enough to the IVF program, the 3-4 stage of endometriosis chances of pregnancy after IVF are low.

Genetic causes

The numerical and structural chromosome aberrations, and a fragile X-syndrome chromosome may be genetic causes of female infertility. Chromosomal abnormalities (eg Turner syndrome) are the cause of 25-50% of cases of primary amenorrhea (absence of menstruation over the age of 16 years). In 10-15% of cases of secondary amenorrhea (the state when after a period of normal or intermittently disrupted menstrual cycle, menstruation disappear for six months or more) are diagnosed by karyotype abnormalities.

The genetic cause of infertility can be the answer to the question "Why can not I get pregnant?" In cases where after all the standard tests, doctors shrug their shoulders and can not give a reason. However, the genetic cause can be diagnosed - this is carried out karyotyping.

Indications for karitopirovaniya are:

- A delay in sexual development

- Primary or secondary amenorrhea

- Two or more cases of miscarriages in history.
